Flairmen.co.uk (hereafter "We" or "flairmen") provide its service to you under the following Terms and Conditions:

By using the service of www.flairmen.co.uk, you agree to be bound by these terms and conditions.

Service:

Home Page Advertising: Flairmen offers fee-based service to website owners (hereafter "you" or "your"). The site(s) submitted by you for advertising will be reviewed manually. Your payment and participation means that within 24 hours (excluding business days: Saturday and Sunday) we will review your site and consider it for advertising on the home page of Flairmen. After you submit your website (tag) for advertising on the home page of Flairmen we will inform you by the email within 24 hours stating whether your website (tag) is accepted or rejected.
Article Submission: Flairmen offers free service to authors and website owners (hereafter "you" or "your") to submit their article(s). The articles submitted by you will be reviewed manually by our team. Your participation means that within 48 hours (excluding business days: Saturday and Sunday) we will review your article and consider it for listing in our article section.
Directory (Website) Submission: : Flairmen offers fee-based service to website owners (hereafter "you" or "your") to submit their website(s). The website(s) submitted by you will be reviewed manually by our team. Your payment and participation means that within 48 hours (excluding business days: Saturday and Sunday) we will review your website and consider it for listing in our directory section.

Fees:

Home Page Advertising: The current fee for adding one website (tag) in Flairmen is GBP £ 50.00 for 90 days (approximately 3 months) which is non-refundable. If your website (tag) is accepted in Flairmen then after every 90 days (3 months) your credit card will be charged the then-current, applicable non-refundable fee. If your website (tag) is not accepted we will refund your amount after deducting the transaction fees by the Pay Pal if any. We reserve the right, in our own discretion, to make changes in the listing fee at any time with or without notice. If we are unable to successfully charge your credit card or if the charge is refused your website (tag) will be removed.

Article Submission: You can submit your article(s) to Flairmen in the article section free of cost. There is no submission fee.

Directory (Website) Submission: The current fee for adding one website (tag) in Flairmen is GBP £ 10.00 per year which is non-refundable. If your website (tag) is accepted in Flairmen then after every year your credit card will be charged the then-current, applicable non-refundable fee. If your website (tag) is not accepted we will refund your amount after deducting the transaction fees by the Pay Pal if any. We reserve the right, in our own discretion, to make changes in the listing fee at any time with or without notice. If we are unable to successfully charge your credit card or if the charge is refused your website (tag) will be removed.

Guidelines:

   A) Home Page Advertising Guidelines:
Obscene, racist, abusive or illegal tag(s) are not allowed.
Submit your tag(s) to the most appropriate category only.
Enter the URL that will take to your home page.
Your website should cater to the UK audience.
Your website should have unique content. Sites with duplicate content will not be accepted.
Your website should be in the English language or have an English version available.
Your website must be up and running 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.
Websites that redirects to other sites will not be accepted.
Websites that are under construction or unresponsive will not be accepted.
Websites that contain excessive ads, pop ups or pop under will not be accepted.
Websites that contain only affiliate program links will not be accepted.
Websites that contain or promote any hate, child pornography, violent or illegal materials will not be accepted.
We reserve the right to accept or reject your tag(s).
We reserve the right to remove your tag(s) with or without prior notification. In such case you will not get refund.
We reserve the right to place your tag(s) in the appropriate category and modify site description.
We reserve the right to change the fees at any time with or without prior notification.
Fee for this service is non-refundable.
If your tag(s) is not accepted we will refund your amount after deducting the transaction fees by the Pay Pal if any.
Listing your website (tag) on the home page of Flairmen means advertising your products or services.
 
  B) Article Submission Guidelines for Authors (Writers/Contributors):
Follow all instructions given on "Submit Article" page when you submit your article.
By submitting your article(s) to Flairmen you give us full and unconditional permission to publish your article(s). We may publish your article(s) anywhere on our site, syndicate through RSS or use it in our print publication.
By submitting your article(s) to Flairmen you grant others the right to publish your articles. Other Flairmen users have the right to publish your article(s) on their websites, newsletters or ezines, only if the article is left in the original state. This includes the resource box which gives you the credit as an author of the article(s).
You will not receive compensation from Flairmen for article(s) you submit.
Your article must be informative, useful and unique in content.
The articles that you submit must be your own work.
Submit your article(s) to the most appropriate category only.
Do not submit same article(s) to multiple categories.
Article(s) submitted to multiple categories will not be accepted.
The title of your article(s) should be descriptive.
Do not place web address or business address in the title of your article(s).
Article(s) containing links in the title, summary or article body will not be accepted.
Use 'Website Address' box for linking back to your site.
Your article(s) should be in the English language.
Article(s) that contain excessive commercial or advertorial content will not be accepted.
Article(s) that contain affiliate program links will not be accepted.
Article(s) that contain bad grammar and lots of spelling errors will not be accepted.
Article(s) that contain or promote any hate, racism, violence, pornography, illegal or bad content will not be accepted.
We reserve the right to accept or reject your article(s).
We reserve the right to remove your article(s) with or without prior notification.
We reserve the right to place your article(s) in the appropriate category.
We reserve the right to edit or modify your article(s) if we find any spelling or grammatical errors in it.
We reserve the right to include advertising on pages with your articles.
 
  C) Guidelines for Publishers:
Article(s) must be published exactly as provided, giving full credit to the author by including resource box and copyright information if any.
You agree that the author retains copyright of their article(s) and not Flairmen.
You must not change or edit any part of the article(s), including the title, summary, article content, author name and resource box.
You must keep all hyperlinks "live" including email address or web address, if you wish to publish article(s) online including websites, blogs and forums.
You must not remove "Article Source: http://www.flairmen.co.uk from the article(s) you choose to publish. This link should be active and clickable.
You are allowed to use only those articles which has article source http://www.flairmen.co.uk at the end of every article.
You must not use any article(s) obtained from Flairmen in any form of spam or unsolicited emails.
You must not publish any article(s) obtained from Flairmen on the sites, ezines or in print publications that contain hate, racism, pornography or any other illegal content.
You must not sell any article(s) obtained from Flairmen without written consent from the author. This includes selling article(s) individually or in compilation.
 
  D) Directory (Website) Submission Guidelines:
Submit your website(s) to the most appropriate category only.
Your website should cater to the UK audience.
Your website should have unique content. Sites with duplicate content will not be accepted.
Your website should be in the English language or have an English version available.
Your website must be up and running 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.
Websites that redirects to other sites will not be accepted.
Websites that are under construction or unresponsive will not be accepted.
Websites that contain excessive ads, pop ups or pop under will not be accepted.
Websites that contain only affiliate program links will not be accepted.
Websites that contain or promote any hate, child pornography, violent or illegal materials will not be accepted.
Only quality adult website(s) will be accepted. We give consideration to adult sites that display a warning or notice regarding the nature of their site content.
We reserve the right to accept or reject your website(s).
We reserve the right to remove your website(s) with or without prior notification. In such case you will not get refund.
We reserve the right to place your website(s) in the appropriate category and modify site description.
We reserve the right to change the fees at any time with or without prior notification.
Fee for this service is non-refundable.
If your website(s) is not accepted we will refund your amount after deducting the transaction fees by the Pay Pal if any.
 
Termination:

Removing Tag (Home Page Advertising): If you wish to remove your website (tag) from the home page of Flairmen, you must contact us. To avoid your credit card being billed for the Recurring Fee, you must send request for termination at least five (5) business days before the end of the 90 days (3 months). You will not get refund or any portion of fee if you request to remove your tag before the end of the 90 days (3 months) for which you have already paid the fees. Your website (tag) will also be removed from the relevant category of article and directory section.
Removing Article: Please contact us if you wish to remove your article from Flairmen.
Removing Website: If you wish to remove your website from the directory section of Flairmen, you must contact us. To avoid your credit card being billed for the Recurring Yearly Fee, you must send request for termination at least five (5) business days before the end of the year that you intend to be your last year of participation. For e.g.: If your tag is added on 17 Nov, its one year listing period would be till 16 Nov. You will not get refund or any portion of fee if you request to remove your tag before the end of a year for which you have already paid the fees.

We will not share any of your personal information to the third party without your consent, unless and until required by law or to protect the rights or property of Flairmen.

Flairmen reserves the right to deliver notices to its members (website owners and authors) regarding the changes or updates to the Flairmen site and services.

Children: Some part of this website contains information and articles on Sexuality and Gambling which is not suitable for children. If you are under 18 years of age, you are NOT permitted to use, read or see the articles or any other information on Sexuality and Gambling found in this website.
